NANGARHAR PROVINCE, Afghanistan – U.S. Army Capt. Norman J. Tonti, of Pittsburgh, Pa., and U.S. Army Capt. Paul D. Sipe, of Murfreesboro, Tenn., prepare to donate cricket equipment to students at Khagan High School in the Khogyani District here Aug. 17. Tonti is a civil affairs team leader with the 412th Civil Affairs Company, and Sipe is the company commander of Company A, 1st Special Troops Battalion, Task Force Spartan. Assisting the captains were the district sub-governor, the education line director and the principal of Khagan High School.
