PARWAN PROVINCE, Afghanistan – U.S. Army Capt. Bobbie Mayes, the women’s empowerment coordinator with the Kentucky Agribusiness Development Team and a Lawrenceburg, Ky., resident, and Shahmir Amiri, the Parwan Director of Agriculture Irrigation and Livestock, office share family photos during a visit to the DAIL’s office Aug. 25.
