PAKTIKA PROVINCE, Afghanistan – U.S. Navy Petty Officer 3rd Class Dain Dillon, a Paktika Provincial Reconstruction Team convoy driver from Miami, Fla., and an Asia Security Group guardsman perform tower watch at a forward operating base here Aug. 23. The Paktika PRT is a joint team that assists the Government Islamic Republic of Afghanistan with governance, development, agricultural and security initiatives.
