PARWAN PROVINCE, Afghanistan – U.S. Army Capt. Adam J. Bushey, Rule of Law attorney for Task Force Wolverine, 86th Infantry Brigade Combat Team, greets kids in Charikar. Bushey, a Syracuse, N.Y., native, was inspecting a section of road that leads to the Province’s Ministry of Justice building.
