The Nebraska National Guard Agribusiness Development Team, the agricultural section for the Paktya Provincial Reconstruction Team, conducted a quality assurance/quality control mission at a tree nursery near the village of Salokhel, Paktya Province, Afghanistan, Sept. 5, 2012.
