Parwan children graduate language arts program

Children from Parwan Province graduated The Cat in the Hat Language Arts Center on Bagram Airfield, Afghanistan,  Aug. 26, 2012. Graduates received diplomas after learning English taught by volunteers comprised of servicemembers, civilians and interpreters. The program is an instrumental tool for supporting the counterinsurgency movement and the education of the Afghan youth in Parwan Province.
