PANJSHIR PROVINCE, Afghanistan- Kentucky Agriculture Development Team member, U.S. Army Maj. Brent Hulse, of Louisville, Ky., and the Director of Agriculture Irrigation and livestock for Panjshir Province, Hashmatullah Enayat, hold up a an insect sprayer, May 11.The sprayer was one of 400 delivered to the DAIL to help maintain the spread of insects on valuable crops.
