PARWAN PROVINCE, Afghanistan – Mohammad Asif Rahimi, minister of agriculture, irrigation and livestock and U.S. Army Col. Mike Farley part ways  after a press conference held in the Charikar district, Parwan province, Afghanistan, Nov. 17. The conference was in reference to the Afghanistan Vouchers for Increased Production in Agriculture program developed by the International Relief and Development organization. The voucher program provides agricultural donations to farmers who meet certain criteria to better the source of revenue of Afghanistan as a whole.
