Acting on credible intelligence, the combined force proceeded to compounds in Andar District of Ghazni Province, where they suspected an anti-Coalition militant was hiding.
“Coalition forces conduct swift, precise operations to deny militant forces the opportunity to gather strength and momentum,” said Army Maj. Chris Belcher, a Combined Joint Task Force-82 spokesperson.
No non-combatants were injured or killed in the operation.
Some damage to buildings was done during the course of operations. Contact Information – CJTF-82 Public Affairs Office Tel – 0093-799-063-013
