Coalition service member killed in IED attack

BAGRAM AIR FIELD, Afghanistan (August 3, 2008) — A Coalition service member was killed and another wounded when their convoy struck an IED this morning in Kabul.

No civilian casualties were reported.

The name and nationality of the service members are being withheld until next of kin notification is complete.
